This means all public places, work places, like work-place cafeterias and schools will also have to have these options available.

As well, all cooking schools will be required to have nutrition and cooking classes that cater to vegans and vegetarians. Courses in tourism and hotel management would also be required to have classes that share more knowledge about veganism and healthy nutrition.

  1. I once lived in Italy as a vegan decades ago and it was somewhat difficult. Today, I would imagine it’s much easier. Italian food can easily be converted into vegan and in fact a lot of Italian dishes are vegan, specially the vegetable ones. I am a life long vegan and absolutely love my spiritual home – Italy! The two are compatible!

    1. Hi Tesca! You are right, it is pretty easy to convert recipes. You can find traditional
dishes that are already vegan, too! Traditional Italian Vegan Recipes, on our
website or on Amazon in Kindle, grazie! What did you like the most about
      living in Italy?
