Ciao a tutti! Today we have an apple crumble! It turned out great and it only take a few minutes of preparation.
Ingredients:
3 apples
300 gr flour
rice milk
cinnamon
nutmeg
coconut sugar, or raw cane sugar
olive oil
First off: you can use apples, peaches, pears or a mix and match of whatever you like. I had a mango with apple mix that turned out great 🙂
Just wash the fruit real good then cut into pieces. Put in into a 5X7 cake pan.
Take 150 grams of flour and mix it with rice milk, 1-2 teaspoon olive oil and cinnamon and nutmeg (to taste). It should be kind of liquid. Pour that over the fruit.
To make the crumble take the other 150 grams of flour and add 1/4 extra virgin olive oil. You may need to add a couple teaspoons rice milk to blend it all. Then add 3-4 tablespoons of sweetener (if you wish). Blend that all together. It should be crumbly. Add that to the top and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg for extra taste.
Put it into the over for 30 minutes until golden brown and until you can easily put a fork through. Voila! Now it’s ready to be eaten, buon appetito!
