Today we have a super quick sandwich you can eat with your previously made lentil burgers!
So pull a couple of those burgers out of the freezer, reheat them on the stove for a couple minutes and make your super quick sandwich!
Ingredients:
- Homemade Veggie Burger
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Oregano
- Raw Zucchini
- Tomatoes
- Avocado
- Nutritional Yeast
also great with grilled eggplant!
